5 Things you Must do This Fall in Rexburg!

Fall is just around the corner. With the new season comes change in Rexburg. All the kids have recently started back to school, the Fall Semester starts at BYU-Idaho and this town that has been fairly quiet for the last month and a half gets hectic again. But with the people also comes the fun of the upcoming holidays. Whether you are in school, working full time or enjoying the retired life, you will find that Rexburg is a great place to be as Fall approaches. We have compiled a few things you can do in Rexburg this Fall!

1) Rexburg Unplugged

This free family and student event takes place on September 19th at Hemming Village. Come enjoy the closed off street filled with vendors and businesses in and around Rexburg. With a variety of food, fun and more, this event is a must and a great way to mix and mingle with the community and college students. There will also be a Battle of the Bands where you help choose the winners! 2)  The Zombie Chase Race

Coming October 10th to Rexburg is The Zombie Chase Race. This obstacle course 5k isn’t just any ordinary run. Besides the fact that you are running through an obstacle course, you are also trying to avoid Zombies that are chasing you! This family friendly event is going to be awesome. 3) Haunted Houses

There are a lot of haunted houses for you to choose from in and around Rexburg. You can find The Scare Tower Straw Maze right in Rexburg at the corner of 2nd North and 2nd West. This is a fairly new haunted feature. Grab some friends and check it out this Fall. For more infomation visit: http://scaretower.com/. There is also The Haunted Mill located in Teton. You can also find The Straw Maze just south of Rexburg near Archer. This straw maze has been around for 8 years and they know what they are doing. 4) Madison High School Football 

Who doesn’t love supporting the local city’s football team? Come out and enjoy a high school football game and see the Madison Bobcats take on some of the best teams in Idaho. 5) Christmas Tree Lane at The Village

To finish off the fall and ring in the winter months we will be hosting our first Christmas Tree Lane. Stay tuned for more information about this event as we get it ready.
