That’s Not All

The Village has a gym and that’s great. However, exercising is not all you need to be doing to get your summer body. To get the best overall workout for your body, mix up the workouts. Pick one or two parts of you body to work out a day. And do not forget to take a break day. In other words, give yourself a breather. Another important part of getting your summer body is watching what you eat. For instance, eat vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats. One of the most important things that you can do is DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Therefore, you should be drinking at least eight glasses each day. In other words, about 2 liters or half a gallon everyday. However, you should be drinking more than that.
