What Our Tenants Say

We work to make life at The Village as easy and comfortable as possible, and the way we know we’re doing that is when our tenants tell us. We’re happy to about the things people like about living here. We are equally anxious to hear about any experience that is less than stellar, and will strive to make it right.

We aren't the type to try and cause issues over little things like some people are. We had two issues when we moved in, and we couldn't look past those issues. We brought these up to management almost expecting the complex to fight us on those, and they immediately did their best to fix it or immediately replied saying that it would be fixed or replaced that same day. I have been shocked about how easy the management has been to work with! They are excellent at their jobs and really do care about residents. So far it has been great here!! I will update if I have any issues that change my rating! (PS I was not offered any sort of reward or incentive to write this as other posters have claimed they offer)

  • Awesome awesome staff! I love that the girls in the office are so fun, yet professional. They handle all my questions and concerns with care and a sense of urgency. Kendall is a great office manager; she keeps it real and always looks out for her tenets. I highly recommend The Village, and you can have your furry friend live there! (No I am not referring to my husband, but my beautiful pug)

  • Love, love, love! The office staff is impeccable! Maintenance is on the ball and it’s a great environment. My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and we haven’t had any problems. The facilities are very well kept and they shovel the snow whenever it snows.

  • We lived at the Village for a year and a half and loved it! We wouldn’t have moved had it not been for my husbands internship in another state.

  • My husband and I have lived in our Fremont-style apartment for several months. We’ve lived at many different places in Rexburg, but The Village is our favorite! I love that we only have to pay $20/month for both cable and super high-speed internet! I have had nothing but great experiences with the new management. Friendly, professional and prompt- they really care about their tenants.

  • Living at The Village apartments has given me a great deal of happiness and peace. The beauty of the landscape shows the amount of pride that the management and staff have for this place. The arrangement of the apartment is large and spacious, with simple beauty. The apartment manager and staff are easy to work with. For the money we pay, we get a great deal.

  • When my three young children and I moved into The Village I was stressed, to say the least. My husband was deployed to Iraq with the US Army and I was overwhelmed with all the challenges we would face in the year ahead of us. I quickly learned however, that one thing I didn’t need to worry about was the environment of our little neighborhood at The Village. We were treated so wonderfully by the staff from day one. The kids and families in our community were friendly and considerate. As a military family, we have moved many times over the years and honestly, we don’t usually have much of a relationship with apartment managers and staff, but The Village will always be different. This is a place where we made great memories and great friends.

  • We have lived all over and in many apartments. We have resided at The Village since January 2005 and are proud to live here. We have never met a staff like the one at The Village. They are the most professional, friendly, helpful and hardworking staff we ever had the privilege of being associated with. One of the best things about the staff is that they really care. That attitude starts at the top with the manager and makes a huge difference in the staff.
